Deployed from Liberty Global to steer Virgin Media Ireland's Digital First programme — a multi-pillar transformation spanning digital experience, network infrastructure, and CRM modernisation. Aligned subsidiary and corporate teams across 5 concurrent workstreams.
Digital & CRM:
- AEM customer portal upscaling and CX enhancement
- PEGA to PEGA Cloud migration: strategic roadmap, vendor engagement, and execution planning
- GIS/location intelligence implementation (ESRI, Hexagon) for service availability mapping
Infrastructure & network:
- XGS-PON fiber enablement across Ireland
- Core infrastructure modernisation with dCCAP (Distributed Converged Cable Access Platform)
- Connectivity testing, interface validation, and change control across multi-vendor environments
Delivery approach:
- Embedded SAFe/Agile delivery with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI alignment
