Embedded client-side via Cronos Europe (ACE consortium: Atos + Cronos, EUR 59M) with a dedicated TPM mandate for the Digital Platform (DPLT) — backbone of EUROCONTROL's iNM programme (EUR 300M, 10-year transformation). First EASA-certified mission-critical cloud ATM system on Azure. Cronos team: RTE (SAFe ceremonies) + PMO + TPM DPLT (dedicated mandate).

Vendor governance & delivery:

  • Close monitoring of Indra (EUR 173M product dev) via Jira: sprint reviews, KPI dashboards, resource capacity challenges
  • PI planning: presented DPLT roadmap and Q&A; Digital Products aligned their plans to platform baseline
  • Strategy presentations to directors: feasibility assessments, risk management, DPLT roadmap for Transformation Board
  • Multi-vendor coordination: Indra + Atos/Eviden (EUR 165M cloud + cyber) + ACE consortium, 100+ FTE

FinOps & cost governance:

  • License cost tracking with Eviden/Atos: identifying all licenses, goal to reduce costs
  • Dev/test environment right-sizing: questioning instances, evaluating non-prod weekend shutdown
  • Storage governance: type selection, retention policies, cache duration, logging configuration

Waves delivered & planned (SAFe):

  • Wave 2.0 (May 2025): eEAD operational start — world's largest aeronautical database (60+ states, 200+ orgs)
  • Wave 2.1: Flight & Flow — merging 4 legacy systems into Single Flight Database
  • Wave 2.2: EVITA crisis tool upgrade, NMUI Airport access

Platform & security:

  • CIAM delivery: OKTA tenant, Azure AD federation, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, MFA
  • Vault-based secrets & certificate management, B2B certificate validation via NGINX
